The provided data is used solely for compliance of local regulations and provided photos are deleted after 24 hours. You will be also required to pay the city tax by credit card, and sign the rental agreement in the last part of this procedure. The city tax cannot be paid in cash.

Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and can be subject to additional costs (provided under request).

Please notice that check-in after midnight is possible at an additional fee of 40 EUR that must be paid before entering to the property. This should be requested before 10:00 pm on the day of check-in.

The lost of keys will require the change of the whole lock. For this reason, if you loose the keys you will be charged a fee of 250 euros.

The sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than 2 guests free of charge. If you are booking for less than 2 guests, but want us to prepare them, please let us know in advance.
